Meaghan is a Certified Canadian Counsellor who approaches therapy with a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach. She works alongside clients to explore their experiences, understand patterns that have developed over time, and build a deeper sense of safety and self-compassion.
Meaghan takes an integrative approach drawing on attachment and polyvagal theory, systemic perspectives, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parts-based approaches.
Her goal is to create a space where clients feel seen and supported as they develop a better understanding of themselves, reconnect with their own strengths, and find ways of moving through life that feel more grounded, flexible, and aligned.
