Babies and Children Osteopathy Appointments:

Online booking is currently unavailable. Please contact via email to book in your baby or child (under 12 yrs). We prioritize their appointments and will make space for them week by week.

If your child is over 12 years old, book them as a return patient (55 mins) and we adjust the time accordingly.

I know from my own experience the power of having a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have it all figured out.

Together, we’ll slow things down enough to understand your story, make sense of patterns that may no longer be serving you, and create experiences of safety, connection, and self-compassion that support lasting change.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based attachment, polyvagal, and systemic perspectives alongside Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parts-based approaches. I integrate these approaches with trust in the insight, resilience, and wisdom you already carry.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, chronic stress, neurodivergence, or a major life transition, my hope is to offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and accepted and are able to access ways of moving through life with greater flexibility, self-compassion, and connection.
